What this covers

This notice explains what TSI Limited collects through tsigroupbd.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers the website only. Information you give us in person, by email or under a commercial contract is handled separately.

What we collect

• Contact form and careers form: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to enter — phone number, company, country, trade and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Server logs: your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics: if analytics is enabled, aggregate page and referrer data with your IP address truncated before storage. We do not use it to identify you.

We do not ask for and do not want financial details, government ID numbers or any special-category personal data through this website. Please do not send them through the forms.

Why we hold it

• To answer your enquiry and route it to the division that handles your sector.
• To assess an application to the manpower division.
• To send group updates, where you asked for them.
• To keep the site available and secure.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: three years from the last contact, then deleted.
• Career applications: two years, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
• Server logs: 90 days.

Who sees it

Your message goes to the TSI staff handling that subject and, where relevant, to the operating company concerned. We use a mail provider to deliver it and a hosting provider to run the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Where an enquiry concerns our companies in the United Arab Emirates or Singapore, it may be passed to colleagues in those countries so they can reply.

Your choices

Write to us at the address below and we will act on any of these:

• Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
• Ask us to correct something that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your details.
• Unsubscribe from group updates — every email carries a link, and you can also simply reply and ask.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits; you can block them in your browser without losing any functionality here. A session cookie is used on the admin area only, which is staff-facing.

Recruitment

TSI Limited recruits directly and holds a licence from the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training. Nobody is authorised to charge a fee on our behalf beyond the official costs set by BMET. If you are asked for anything else, please contact the head office.
