Terms & Conditions

Using this site
You are welcome to read, print and share pages from tsigroupbd.com. By using the site you accept these terms.
Accuracy
We keep this site current, but it describes a group of trading and industrial businesses whose activities change. Nothing here is an offer, a warranty or a commitment to supply. Figures such as turnover, network size and dealer counts are stated for the period shown and are not projections. Please confirm anything you intend to rely on with us in writing before acting on it.
Our companies and partners
Names, marks and logos of principals shown on this site — including the manufacturers and engineering groups on the partners page — belong to their respective owners. They appear to describe genuine commercial relationships, not to suggest any endorsement of this website. Where a relationship is stated with a start year, that is the year the relationship began, not a guarantee of its current scope.
Our content
Text, layout, artwork and photography on this site are the property of TSI Limited unless credited otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution. Please ask before republishing a page in full or using our marks.
Links
Where we link to a partner or operating company website, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content.
Enquiries and applications
Submitting a form does not create a contract, an offer of employment or a placement. We reply to genuine enquiries, usually within two working days.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, TSI Limited is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
